to act as appraisers, convince people they are or could be appraisers, but they are
NOT appraisers unless they have an appraisal license! The Department
of real estate and Office of real estate appraisers are different
entities of the state government. Neither licensed agents or
brokers have the license, authority or qualifications to value a home as an
