"We had other agents that we had been disappointed with. Then we called All Cities Realty hoping that they could help us locate a beach retreat somewhere around the Newport/Laguna coast. In addition he went above and beyond the call of duty with furnishings delivery and even picked us up at the airport. Day or night he was always available to assist us and really made the home buying process not only painless but pleasurable and much less stressful than other experiences we have had. He also clearly had an excellent understanding of the market, market trends and pricing.

We found a home that suited us both and bought it! We are both elated! We must have seen 70 homes before we found the right home for us. The process was relatively swift, painless and Joe took care of everything and I can't believe we got it all for free!

"Living in Alaska and having recently sold our second home in Hawaii, we decided to take a swing through Arizona and Southern California to find a winter retreat. We found the Palm Springs area to our liking and started looking for a home. We searched the classifieds and found one we liked. We contacted the broker and he showed us the property. We made an offer just under the asking price and it was accepted. We went home to Alaska to await closing.

Since we were very new to the Palm Springs area we thought it would be prudent to get a professional opinion of the property. We searched the internet and found All Cities Realty. Mr. Miner's report on the property pointed out several important facts that the previous broker did not just fail to disclose -- he actually lied to us outright. Armed with these facts, we were able to back out of the deal.
