  • Three years later that you find an uncapped oil well in your front yard that is going to cost $75,000 to cap. This happens in Huntington Beach California. Sorry... no, there is oil just the well.
  • The agent that says... Yes... and I am sorry. The seller just needed an extra three days after your closed escrow to move. I know that I should have made the sign a rental agreement... but I just forgot. I forgot to get it all in writing. How did I know the house would catch on fire and your insurance would be responsible.
  • The agent that says... Yes... and I am sorry. The seller just needed an extra three days after your closed escrow to move. I know that that they have been paid for the home and you were supposed to be out of your apartment. They told me that they would move... this has never happened to me as an agent... never!
